Re: The Community as a Whole
Seeing as I have semi-reliable internet(Gotta love brand new gas stations within 2 blocks of you that provide free wi-fi), I guess I can go ahead and give my more precise two cents on your post, Tom. The Community Communities come and go, much like friends. They also aren't absolute/forever. I'm not...

Re: The Community as a Whole
Odd, I just discovered this post today. Anyway, here we go~ The Community Communities come and go, much like friends. They also aren't absolute/forever. I'm not a viewer junky so this really isn't a concern to me. Whether it's 3 or 30 viewers, it's all the same to me. When I have the time/plans to ...

I never had Stadium, but I did have Stadium 2 and the Transfer Pack.

Torchlight 2
For those who don't know(or have been too busy playing Borderlands 2), Torchlight 2 came out yesterday. And for those who REALLY don't know: Torchlight 2 is an action RPG developed by Runic Games(AKA People from Blizzard North -- Who made Diablo 1 & 2). So I was wondering.. Anyone else get the game?...

do you have a problem with that or something? (He's just pointing out that you said "world" instead of "bros." ...I think...) "Bros." was NES, "World" was Super Nintendo. He is pointing out there was no 3rd Super Mario World game. Which is actually correct, there was only Super Mario World and Supe...

The Community as a Whole
Ever since Tom switched over to Twitch(or more accurately, started streaming again after finishing his move), the community has never been the same compared to the Ustream days. So many issues have arisen since then, and I honestly haven't been able to bring myself to even enter the chat. However, f...

First point: Saying "monsters" are part of Shocktober can basically describe most any game. The entire Mario series has unnatural creatures in it, but that's not Shocktober material. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater has Aliens in it, but again, not Shocktober material. The core of it is games that have some ...

Few games I'd like to see:
- Amnesia (classic ambient fear)
- Snatcher (Doubt anyone could co-host this, though..)
- Chozo Mythos again (Doubt most people want to see the rest of it, though..)
- LSD Dream Emulator (Doesn't even need a co-host)
I'll edit if I think of more.

What do you mean by add? Did he remove it or something? In vanilla SMP, Nether doesn't actually work. I believe Fox is using a mod that allows for teleportation via nether portals. What wildduder doesn't realize, though, is Fox's post was made before Notch even revealed 1.6 would enable it. Think F...

Just managed to experience a region attack event, and all I can say: Wow. Most of the rifts I've run into normally are destroyed so quickly it's not even funny, but the attacks take them to a new level. Got a Beta invite for RIFT Online over the weekend, and thought I'd share my initial impressions of the game (played about 2-3 hours at this point). I'll begin by using a comparison I saw a great deal of people use: It's a WoW clone. Normally, this would be a horrible way to describe a game. For RIF...
