Regenerate the Nether?

Well, in my own opinion, the new Nether is bad. On top of that, I don't want to sit at an FTP window deleting old world folders because they never got converted to the new MCRegion format, but I want to know what you think. Voice your opinion and tell me what you think.

Yuki Notch is going to add the nether in 1.6

What do you mean by add? Did he remove it or something?

In vanilla SMP, Nether doesn't actually work. I believe Fox is using a mod that allows for teleportation via nether portals.

What wildduder doesn't realize, though, is Fox's post was made before Notch even revealed 1.6 would enable it. Think Fox was initially talking about just resetting Nether because the save format changed and didn't convert it.

Of course, I'm just going off what other people have told me about the server and my own observation :3.
