Time Announcer - Every 15 minutes (at _:00, _:15, _:30, or _:45), a narrator speaks the current time in the Pacific Time Zone.

I hardly notice the beep sound effect when someone posts now.

The sound effect when someone is unbanned by moderators/Banondorf is not listed.
When someone logs in and gets devoiced is another sound.
