This stream has always strived to create a fun, safe environment for all gamers to come and share their passion for gaming.
TBB's Stream Anti-Bullying Pledge reads as follows:
We, the members of TomBobBlender's chat room, join together to stop all forms of bullying.
We believe that everybody should enjoy the chat room equally and feel safe, secure and accepted regardless of color, race, gender, popularity, gaming ability, intelligence, religion and nationality at all times.
Bullying can be trolling, spamming, flooding, insulting, name calling, picking on, making fun of or any other forms of discrimination or offensive communication, public or private. Bullying causes pain and stress and is never justified or excusable as "kids being kids", "just teasing" or any other rationalization.
The undersigned have agreed that they will:
1. value differences and treat others with respect.
2. not become involved in bullying incidents or be a bully.
3. be aware of the stream policies and support systems with regard to bullying.
4. report honestly and immediately all incidents of bullying to a chat room operator.
5. support streamers who have been or are subjected to bullying.
6. encourage others to respect one another, regardless of the issue.
7. demonstrate as a good role model for other streamers and support them if bullying occurs.
8. participate fully and contribute to all actions to prevent bullying.
I acknowledge that, whether I am being a bully or see someone being bullied, if I don't report or stop the bullying, I am just as guilty.
