There is a sort of character that you get to name at the end of disk 2 and who appears (again iirc) much later on in the game. (not sure if I can spoil this, maybe Yuki will remember who I mean though)

Griever which if you wish to put it down, I'd also like to claim since it's not exactly super important anyway as you'll only see it/him twice in the game (when you name it and when it appears later on)

Everything is in the original post by Yuki at the beginning of this thread. There's only the non- re-nameable characters left... (I'm not sure about Siren... I don't know if she was taken already in game, like if Tom already made it to that part and this hasn't updated yet. Yuki should know for sure.) They're going to be played pretty much the same as the named characters, but they can't be named, i.e. Tom will still call them by your name and not the name on screen type of deal (or try to).
