The Ban'N'Shop is proud to offer the ability to set a custom color to your on-stream nickname and/or chat messages! The following colors are available for selection:



You may set them as often as you'd like, but they will cost you the following:

Chat Name: 5,000 Dragon Points
Chat Message: 10,000 Dragon Points

Use the following commands to set your options:

Banon, set my nick color to red
-or-
Banon, set my chat color to red

A few questions, if you don't mind:

1.) Does it stay indefinitely?

2.) If one were to get a color once, change it, and then want to go back to the previous color, would it cost them again for that previous color?

3.) Does it cost to go back to black?

Your color purchase will last forever. Every time you change your color, it will cost you, regardless of what color it is.

i personally think light blue and yellow should be taken off. pretty sure we established the rule back on ustream that those colors were off limits because they were too hard to read and we were kicking anyone using them. also, gray would also be EXTREMELY hard to read on those of us who have a white background, and i really dont want to change to a black background because, for me, i can't read it very well and it gives me a headache. i dont really know about anyone else.

I think this is mostly for the chat display that is on the stream, not in the IRC Client (though I don't know about the Mibbit). The background color for that is always black, so choosing the color black wouldn't be an option (meaning that gray would be the 'default' color), and the lighter colors would definitely be visible.
